Rude Service, Rude Manager

Posted bysambrookfieldon 8/16/2007

The manager is prone to screaming at guests who don't tip well (due to poor service experience) or who raise issues with his food. First time I ever got screamed at by someone - hopefully the last. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told HE WAS the owner. That was enough for me.

Nice outdoor seating

A little on the pretentious side and the food is average. We didn't feel that we got fair value for the meal we had. It is a quiet and dimly-lit place that lends itself to a romantic dinner or perhaps a business dinner. The outdoor seating area is nice; service was good but a little slow, which is fine if you're relaxing and not in a hurry, but there's a difference between relaxed service and simply being ignored. They have some tasty lunch specials that were served promptly.
