This is a wonderful salon. They take extreme measures to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The staff is very kind and helpful. I was totally relaxed when I left. Love it!

My experience with the salon was less than satisfactory. I went for a hair trial and make up trial. Unfortunately I didn't like my hair but called to let them know and was hoping they could try again. After speaking with the owner I became furious. She has no customer service skills while she thinks she does. She won't let you talk and does not know how to listen. She is incredibly passive aggresive. You would think if your bringing in over 1,000 dollars for an entire bridal party you'd get exceptional service, Look elsewhere!!
